This license covers use and distribution of PassMonster software.
PassMonster is distributed as Shareware (or try before you buy software).

1. COPYRIGHT
All copyrights to PassMonster are exclusively owned by Kamatoz Computing and Greg Arkadiev (the author) unless otherwise noted. Copyright information is available to users in documentation files that come with the software and in “About…” window of PassMonster program!

2. UNLIMITED TRIAL TERM
You may use this software for as long as you want to decide whether you should buy it. During the Trial Term, some functions of the software are disabled. You can register your trial version at any time at

3. REGISTERING AND OBTAINING THE LICENSE
There are 3 types of life-time licenses issued for PassMonster, these are:
3.a. A SINGLE PC license - The user purchases ONE license to USE PassMonster on ONE computer.
3.b. A Multiple USAGE license - The user purchases a number of USAGE licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchasers employees or accredited agents, on the same number of computers. USAGE licenses are sold in units of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 50, 75, 100. For larger sales please contact PassMonster.com service.
3.c. A SITE USAGE license - The user purchases a single USAGE license, authorizing the USE of PassMonster, by the purchaser, the purchasers employees or accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers at the same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally be defined as a single building, but could be considered to be a number of buildings within the same, general, geographical location, such as an industrial estate or small town.

The unregistered trial version of PassMonster may be freely distributed with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of PassMonster without signed written permission from the copyright holder. PassMonster unregistered trial version may be bundled or distributed on shareware CDs, via Internet or other electronic media but only with prior written permission of the copyright holder.

Every and any license you purchase is a pay-once lifetime license. This means that if you are a registered PassMonster user you will get all further versions and updates free of charge.

4. REGISTRATION PROCESS
To register you should go to http://PassMonster.com and follow the instructions on “Purchase Now” page. After Kamatoz Computing has your payment confirmed you will receive an e-mail message with either a software key or full registered version of a program.

All registrations are processed by independent payment processing systems such as RegSoft.com or RegNow.com. This means that Greg Arkadiev andor any other staff member of Kamatoz Computing will NEVER get your creditdebit card information or any other payment information.

5. LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTY: PassMonster IS DISTRIBUTED AS IS. NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. GREG ARKADIEV, KAMATOZ COMPUTING OR ANY OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS OF CREATION OF THIS SOFTWARE OR IT’S COMPONENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, MENTAL DISORDERS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

6. LICENSED USE LIMITATIONS
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

7. DECOMPILATION AND REVERSE-ENGINEERING PROHIBITED
You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer PassMonster binary code.

8. LIKENESSES PROHIBITED
You may not use the original concept and design of PassMonster program and PassMonster.com web-site. The design of PassMonster program and PassMonster.com web-site is the intellectual property of Greg Arkadiev and Kamatoz Computing.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Greg Arkadiev and Kamatoz Computing.

9. Installing and using PassMonster signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

10. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove PassMonster files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
